Gardiner FFA at Montana OPI’s Indian Education For All Best Practices Conference
Last October our FFA chapter presented "American Indians: People of the Present" at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. Several folks from the Montana Office of Public Instruction were able to see the presentation online and later asked our chapter to present at the IEFA Best Practices Conference in March.
So on March 23 and 24, four of the Gardiner FFA officers traveled to Helena to present to teachers from all over the state. Badger H., Journey B., Ciella W., and Maizie W. spoke as well as distributed fry bread and plum preserve similar to what was served during the nationals presentation. The students received high praises for their information and speaking abilities!
Donkey Basketball is coming to the Gardiner School on Thursday, April 30th at 7 pm (dinner to start at 5:30 pm)!
